Karnataka PGCET 2024 Postponed: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has postponed the Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) 2024. The exam was originally set for July 13 and 14. The new dates will be announced soon.
Many students requested the postponement because their final semester exams are scheduled to start on July 5 and 10.KEA stated that they received numerous requests to reschedule the PGCET 2024 to avoid a clash with these university exams. To accommodate the students’ needs, KEA decided to postpone the exam.
The revised dates will be published on the KEA website in the coming days.
In addition to the postponement, KEA has reopened the registration window for the Karnataka PGCET 2024. Registration will start today, June 26, and will remain open until July 7 at 11:59 PM. The payment window for the registration fee will close on July 9 at 6:00 PM.
The registration fee is Rs 650 for General and Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates. For Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates, the fee is Rs 500. Fees can be paid using credit cards, debit cards, UPI, or net banking.
Candidates are advised to regularly check the KEA website for updates on the new exam dates and other important information.
