Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan has joined the growing list of admirers for the recently released film 12th Fail, directed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra and featuring Vikrant Massey in the lead role. The film is currently streaming on Disney + Hotstar.

Kareena Kapoor hailed the talents behind 12th Fail, acknowledging Vidhu Vinod Chopra, Vikrant Massey, Medha Shankar, Anant Joshi, Anshuman Pushkar, and the entire team for their stellar contribution to the film. Responding to Kareena’s heartfelt gesture, Vikrant Massey expressed his overwhelming joy and gratitude, conveying his appreciation for the esteemed actress’s acknowledgment of his work. He wrote, “Bas, ab main retire ho sakta hoon (Now, I can take my retirement)!!! Thank you so so much Ma’am! You have no idea what this means to me.”
12th Fail is based on the life of the real-life IPS (Indian Police Service) officer Manoj Kumar Sharma. It told the story of the obstacles he faced in achieving his goal to be an IPS officer by never giving up. The film is adapted from author Anurag Pathak’s book of the same name, which tells the story of Sharma.
12th Fail also stars Medha Shankar as Massey’s love interest along with Sanjay Joshi, Anant V Joshi and Anshumaan Pushkar.
