Jonathan Majors has once again landed in a new and fresh lawsuit – courtesy of his ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari. She filed the lawsuit in New York federal court. He was convicted of assaulting Grace in a trial last year. Now, Jabbari has revealed some more instances of his abuse of her throughout their relationship. Scroll below for more.
As per reports, Grace and Jonathan met on the sets of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania in 2021 and were together for about two years until early 2023. He was first arrested in March last year, accused of domestic violence. The trial took place by the end of 2023, and he was found guilty of harassment and misdemeanor assault. He lost his Marvel job because of the verdict and is awaiting sentencing.
Grace Jabbari is a professional dancer, and on Tuesday, she filed a new lawsuit in the Southern District, New York. She accused Jonathan Majors of strangling her, assault, defamation, and battery. The documents have been obtained from Rolling Stone, and as per that, they were living in London at that time. It revealed that Majors forcefully threw his ex-girlfriend on the hood of a car. It also said, “Majors then forcefully grabbed Grace, placing her in a headlock and put his hand over her mouth to prevent someone from hearing her cries for help.”

According to the documents, Jonathan Majors then brought Grace inside and repeatedly slammed her head against the marble floor, strangling her simultaneously until she felt she could no longer breathe. He reportedly also threatened to kill Jabbari. Majors left her in that injured state and allegedly threatened to kill himself if Jabbari went to the hospital. Grace also had bruises on her backside.
Grace allegedly agreed not to go to the doctor as per the documents and texted Majors that she wouldn’t seek medical help if he didn’t feel safe with her doing so or didn’t trust her. Jabbari also said, “I promise I would never mention you but I understand your fear.”
The documents also mentioned another incident which took place in June 2022. During then, the ex-couple was in LA when the Loki star allegedly became angry and pinned Grace’s arms back and slammed a wall, resulting in another head injury. Jabbari did not reveal this incident during the trial, as it focused wholly on his recent arrest.
Jonathan was arrested in March 2023 for choking Grace during a conflict, and she was treated for minor head and neck injuries at that time. In his first-ever interview after the trial, the Creed III actor told ABC News Live that he was shocked and afraid when the verdict came out.
Jonathan Majors is currently dating actress Meagan Good, and his sentencing date has been pushed back to April from February.
