JEE Mains 2025 Live: Check the documents that need to be carried to the exam centre –

1. Printed copy of Admit Card along with Self Declaration (Undertaking) downloaded from the NTA Website (a clear printout on A4 size paper) duly filled in.
2. One passport size photograph (same as uploaded on the Online Application Form).
3. Any one of the authorized photo IDs (must be original, valid, and non-expired) – School Identity Card/ PAN card/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhaar Card (With photograph)/ EAadhaar with photograph/ Ration Card with photograph/ Class XII Board Admit Card with photograph/ Bank Passbook with Photograph.
4. PwD/PwBD certificate issued by the authorized medical officer, if claiming the relaxation under PwD/PwBD category or PwD/PwBD Certificate regarding physical limitation in an examination to write as per Annexures given in Information Bulletin, if claiming the relaxation under PwD/PwBD category.

JEE Mains 2025 Live: According to Ajay Sharma, National Academic Director, Engineering, Aakash Educational Services Limited, the Mathematics section ranged from moderate to difficult. Questions were well-distributed across most chapters, with topics like 3D, Vectors, Binomial , Conic Sections, Matrices, and Determinants being prominent. However, Calculus had fewer questions. While the difficulty level was not excessively high, the lengthy and time-consuming nature of many questions made Mathematics the most challenging section for many students.

JEE Mains 2025 Live: “Chemistry was rated as easy to moderate and served as a time-saver. Almost all chapters were covered, with Inorganic and Organic Chemistry dominating, while Physical Chemistry had fewer questions. Most theoretical questions were directly based on NCERT, making the section straightforward and quick to complete, allowing students to allocate more time to other sections”, said Ajay Sharma, National Academic Director, Engineering, Aakash Educational Services Limited.

JEE Mains 2025 Live: Ajay Sharma, National Academic Director, Engineering, Aakash Educational Services Limited said that most students found the Physics section easy, with many questions being theoretical. The distribution of topics was balanced, with an almost equal representation from Class 11 and Class 12. Key topics such as Mechanics, Waves, and Thermodynamics were adequately covered, while Electrostatics, Optics, and Mechanics had a stronger presence. In contrast, Modern Physics and Magnetism had fewer questions.

JEE Mains 2025 Live: Among the three sections, Physics was the easiest, Chemistry was of moderate difficulty, while Mathematics was the most challenging and time-consuming due to lengthy calculations. The distribution of questions across topics was generally balanced, though some chapters were notably absent.
