Janhvi Kapoor is among those who have been captivated by Nayanthara’s journey showcased in the Netflix documentary Nayanthara: Beyond The Fairytale. Sharing Netflix’s post on her Instagram Story, Janhvi wrote, “Nothing more inspiring than watching a strong woman be a strong woman,” along with a red heart emoji.
Janhvi Kapoor’s praise for Nayanthara comes amidst the ongoing tension between Nayanthara and Dhanush. On November 16, Nayanthara posted an open letter on her official Instagram, directed to her colleague Dhanush. In the letter, she revealed long-standing grievances, suggesting a strained professional relationship between the two.
In her open letter, Nayanthara accused Dhanush of being envious of actors who succeed through their own efforts rather than industry connections. She described him as a “tyrant” and a “small-hearted person,” claiming that he held a personal grudge against her and her partner, director Vignesh Shivan.
Nayanthara further criticized Dhanush’s character, suggesting that his public image, often portrayed as friendly and positive, was misleading. She urged him to “remove the mask” he wore in public and stop pretending to be someone he wasn’t.
