- The smartphone’s design is similar to the iQOO Neo 9 Pro with the large rear cameras stacked independently on the top-left corner.
- The iQOO Neo 9s Pro comes in White with a patterned back design. It might launch in another colour option.
- iQOO is yet to announce if the Neo 9s Pro will make it to other markets including India.
The iQOO Neo 9s Pro is confirmed to feature the new MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC. It’s the latest flagship chipset from MediaTek with higher clock speeds than the Dimensity 9300.

- RAM and storage: It could launch with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage.
- Cameras: The iQOO Neo 9s Pro could feature a 50MP primary camera and a 50MP ultra-wide camera at the back, and a 16MP front camera.
- Battery, charging: The smartphone will pack a 5,160mAh battery paired with 120W fast charging support.
- Software: On the software front, the iQOO Neo 9s Pro will run OriginOS 4.0 based on Android 14.
