These sites reveal some key details of the Infinix Zero 40 5G.

- The Infinix Zero 40 5G appeared on the Geekbench site (via) with the model number X6861 and scored 1096 and 3274 in single-core and multi-core tests.
- The listing hints the upcoming Infinix phone will be equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chipset, which we saw in the Vivo V30 Pro and Vivo Y100t.
- Notably, the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC will be an upgrade on the Zero 40 5G compared to the MediaTek Dimensity 8020 chipset, which powers the predecessor.
- Additionally, the listing also indicates that the yet-to-be-launched Infinix Zero 40 5G will pack 12GB RAM and run Android 14 operating system.

- On the other hand, the Infinix Zero 40 5G has been spotted on the FCC with the same X6861 model number.
- The Infinix Zero 40 5G’s FCC listing suggests it will measure 164 x 74 x 8mm compared to the 164.5 x 75 x 7.9mm dimension of the predecessor.
- The ID label suggests that the Infinix Zero 40 5G will offer 12GB RAM, which matches the Geekbench details, and at least 512GB of internal storage.
- It also suggests that the phone will be offered in Polar Black colour, a shade of Black. Meanwhile, the Zero 30 5G was launched in Golden Hour and Rome Green colours.

- The details also hint at the rear panel’s design, suggesting it will pack a triple rear camera housed in a round camera module with an LED flash.
- Meanwhile, the rear panel’s upper-left corner has another cutout, but it is unclear if it’s meant for an LED flash or something different.
No other details about the upcoming Infinix Zero 40 5G are known at the moment. There is no official confirmation, but it might be priced similarly to its predecessor.
