Instructions

Heat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Prep the veggies and bacon by chopping them finely.

Sauté the bacon, rosemary, garlic, and onion in a pan with oil until softened (around five minutes).

Add the ground beef, crumble it, and cook for two to three minutes until browned. Pour in wine and simmer until reduced.

While the beef simmers, blitz sun-dried tomatoes into a paste and add them with chopped tomatoes to the pan. Stir and break up the plum tomatoes a bit.

Cover the pan and bake in the oven for one hour. Check on it after 30 minutes, stir, and add a splash of water if it appears dry.

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions in boiling salted water about 10 minutes before the sauce finishes baking.

Drain the spaghetti, save some cooking water, and return it to the pan with Bolognese sauce, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil. Toss to coat, adding reserved water if needed for a looser consistency.

Serve the spaghetti with Bolognese sauce and a final sprinkle of Parmesan.
