Sonakshi Sinha and her beau Zaheer Iqbal are creating waves in the Bollywood industry with rumours of their wedding. According to reports, the couple is set to tie the knot on June 23, 2024. However, there has been no official confirmation from either of them. On Saturday, singer and rapper Honey Singh took to social media to post about Sonakshi and Zaheer, effectively confirming their upcoming marriage.
Sharing an Instagram story, Honey extended his best wishes to the couple and wrote, “Tho I gonna b in London shooting Glory’s first song. But I will make sure I will attend my best friend @aslisona SONAKSHI’s wedding. She has been a big support in my career and helped me so many times in life. Best wishes to the power couple Sona and Zaheer!! Bholenath bless them.”

According to media reports, Sonakshi is expected to marry Zaheer in Mumbai on June 23, 2024. Besides Honey Singh, veteran actor Poonam Dhillon also confirmed the wedding. In a recent interview with Instant Bollywood, Poonam said, “I wish Sonakshi all the very best. She has sent a lovely invitation. I have known her since she was a little girl. I have seen her entire journey. I pray to God she stays happy. She is a lovely, warm, very loving girl. So I wish her all the joy and happiness.” Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal, co-stars of the 2022 film Double XL, reportedly began dating in 2020.
Regarding Sonakshi’s work front, the actor is currently basking in the glory of her recent release, Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar. The series, helmed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, was released on Netflix. Sonakshi made her Bollywood debut with the 2010 film Dabangg, opposite Salman Khan. She later featured in the other two parts of the Dabangg series alongside Salman Khan.
