Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has entered the electric mobility market with the launch of its first electric vehicles: the ACTIVA e: and QC1. The unveiling took place in Bengaluru, with bookings starting on January 1, 2025, and deliveries beginning in February 2025.

The ACTIVA e: features the familiar Activa design with electric technology, including a 7-inch TFT screen, Honda RoadSync Duo connectivity, and swappable 1.5 kWh batteries. It offers a range of 102 km on a full charge and includes three riding modes—Econ, Standard, and Sport. The ACTIVA e: supports swappable battery technology, with BeX swapping stations already operational in Bengaluru and Delhi.

The Honda QC1 is designed as a personal mobility solution with a 1.5 kWh fixed battery that provides a range of 80 km per charge. It features a 5-inch LCD display, USB Type-C charging, and a 26-litre under-seat storage box. Both vehicles will be available through HMSI’s dealer network. Honda offers a 3-year warranty, free roadside assistance, and three free services during the first year.
