Badass Ravi Kumar is a spin-off of The Xpose and was released in theaters on February 7, 2025. Singer Himesh Reshammiya reprises his role – Ravi Kumar – from the popular 2014 movie. The film also stars Prabhu Deva and Kirti Kulhari in pivotal roles. The musical action comedy faced disappointment after the opening weekend.

The film is produced by Himesh Reshammiya Musicals, witnessed a great start at the box office. Despite all the hype, the spoof action comedy was seen struggling to perform well at the box office. The film reportedly earned Rs 60 lakh net in India on Day 4 and managed to collect Rs 6.85 crore.

The film gives Loveyapa a tough competition. The film is directed by Keith Gomes and also stars Simona J, Saurabh Sachdeva, Sanjay Mishra, and Johnny Lever in key roles.
Badass Ravi Kumar locked horns with Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor starrer Loveyapa. Both the films are struggling hard to be in the second spot as Sanam Teri Kasam re-release is leading on the chart. Well, it is yet to be seen whether Badass Ravi Kumar will perform well in the next week as Chhaava, starring Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna will release on February 14 (Valentine’s Day).
