The second most illustrious comics awards nominees for the Harvey Awards have been announced.
The Harvey Awards feature categories in international books, manga, YA, children’s books, digital, adaptation, and book of the year. Adaptation is always an interesting way to celebrate comics that have transferred over to other entertainment areas, and this year, major hits like X-Men ’97, Deadpool & Wolverine, and Mulverses by Warner Bros Games are in the running. Comics creators, publishing professionals, comic book retailers, and librarians are invited to vote on this year’s awards here. Winners will be announced at this year’s New York Comic Con ceremony on Friday, October 18th.
