Chapter one: Docklands
February 2025 – “DOCKLANDS” pays tribute to the renaissance of urban docklands, where industry was once at home. Inspired by the successful reconstruction of docks around the world, our collection celebrates the successful transformation of the industrial wastelands, which are now lively and modern places that combine living, work and leisure.
The name says it all: the capsule is shaped by London’s Docklands, which have undergone a remarkable metamorphosis since the 1980s. Once a noisy and busy dock district, London’s Docklands are now home to impressive skyscrapers, elegant apartments and shopping streets. Canary Wharf, with its towering office buildings and restaurants along the waterfront, is a symbol of the successful transformation of the district, which has become a successful financial center.
Far more than a homage to the industrial past, “DOCKLANDS” embodies the potential of urban conversion and new use. If implemented carefully, the redevelopment projects have the potential to change the cityscape and create the basis for lively, sustainable and inclusive communities along the banks.

Diverse and dynamic, with a range from rocky cliffs to sandy beaches, each coastal region has its own distinctive charm.
