LAS VEGAS – For the first time officially this week, the UFC 306 fighters got face to face.

Each of the athletes on the lineup were on hand Thursday for a pre-fight news conference, followed by faceoffs to set the tone for Friday’s weigh-ins and Saturday’s fights.

UFC 306 (ESPN+ pay-per-view, ESPNews, ESPN+) takes place at Sphere and is headlined by Sean O’Malley vs. Merab Dvalishvili and Alexa Grasso vs. Valentina Shevchenko championship fights, a key contender bout of Brian Ortega vs. Diego Lopes, and a bevy of other matchups for Noche UFC, which celebrates Mexican Independence Day.
