Mumbai: Veteran actress Jaya Bachchan in a recent promo of ‘What The Hell Navya 2’ hosted by her granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda revealed the equation Jaya had been sharing with her actor-husband Amitabh Bachchan. Recently, Jaya Bachchan said that she looks at Amitabh as her “best friend”. In the short clip shared by Navya on Instagram, the actress admitted that her close friends are in the house itself. In the recent talk show of What The Hell Navya 2 the host says, “If two people are just friends, is it correct to put romance in between a friendship? (sic).” In the video, Jaya Bachchan admitted that she prefers not to hide anything from her actor-husband. Mrs Bachchan said, “My closest friends are inside my house. It’s true, my husband is my best friend. I don’t hide anything from him (sic).”
Later in the clip, Navya along with her mother Shweta Bachchan Nanda was seen discussing Jaya Bachchan talking differently in her friend circle. Navya said, “When Nani’s friends come over, they get to talk to her in a certain way that we can’t talk to her in. And, I find it so funny because they tick her off in certain things (sic).”

Shweta Bachchan was also featured in the promo video where she quoted her mother’s conversation and started to wonder why people frequently say, ‘My daughter is my best friend’ or ‘My son is my best friend’. To this Jaya Bachchan gave a fitting reply when she said, “We are not friends. You are my mother, there are certain lines that I cannot cross with you. My children are my children and my friends are my friends (sic).”
