Diljit Dosanjh may have created history in Delhi, but fans are upset with the mismanagement by the artist’s crew. Netizens on social media also reveal same issue on his worldwide tours.
Delhi came alive with the energy of Diljit Dosanjh! He launched the India leg of his Dil-Luminati Tour with an exciting two-day performance that thrilled fans. Social media is filled with posts celebrating the concert and sharing great moments. While Diljit’s music and energy were well-received, some attendees mentioned that logistical issues at the venue led to a less-than-perfect experience for a few.
Fans upset with Diljit’s Dil-Luminati Tour, here’s why
A fan who attended the first day of the concert in Delhi shared a concerning incident: a girl nearly fainted and had to be rushed to the hospital due to the chaotic conditions at the venue. “A girl near me passed out, and no staff members came to her aid. She was eventually taken to first aid and then to the hospital, all before the concert even began. It felt like there was a serious lack of organisation and concern for safety,” the fan posted on X.
He further wrote, “Diljit was amazing, but his concert was not. Even after paying so much, we were left waiting endlessly. The gates didn’t open until 5:30 PM, and then the concert didn’t start until 8 PM. From 5 to 7 PM, it was just random Zomato and Kingfisher ads with no opening act.”
In his post, the fan also highlighted the unsatisfactory conditions of the women’s restrooms, noting the poor lighting and unpleasant odors. In a follow-up series of posts, he criticized the mismanagement at the food and beverage counters, pointing out that with thousands of fans in attendance, there were only two counters available, resulting in complete chaos.
He ended his descriptive post by writing, “Overall, Diljit’s performance was great. He’s truly a vibe. But the concert experience was poorly organized and definitely not worth the price tag. The management could have been much, much better.”
Take a look at the post:
1. Even after paying so much, we were left waiting endlessly. The gates didn’t open till 5:30 PM, and then the concert didn’t start until 8 PM.
From 5 to 7 PM, it was just random Zomato & Kingfisher ads with no opening act.
Why even make us wait for hours if nothing’s…

❌no lighting
❌ unhygienic,
❌and smelled terrible. Not at all what you’d expect after paying premium.

Eventually, she was taken to the FIRST AID and then to hospital, but this happened before the concert even started.

So many friends felt the same way—filthy restrooms, a delayed start but a timely finish 😂, and long lines for food and drinks. I hope @diljitdosanjh can work with a better team for future shows!”
