The fun show Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives dropped yesterday, October 18, on Netflix. As soon as the first episode begins, viewers will be in for a surprise as it features none other than Ranbir Kapoor. The actor raises laugh and also wins hearts with his comments on Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, who’s one of the wives on the show. He also appears one more time in the second episode and his views are inserted when Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, her mother Neetu Kapoor and her husband Bharat Sahni are discussing their family.
Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives: Riddhima Kapoor Sahni felt jealous when Ranbir Kapoor was born; would throw him off the cradle: “I would pinch him…”
Neetu Kapoor told Bharat, “I told Riddhima, ‘Have another child’. She said, ‘Bharat will leave me’.” Bharat clarified, “I was ready. Samara doesn’t want (a sibling). I have not held my own brother’s kids ever since Samara was born.”
Neetu Kapoor then stated, “You didn’t hold Raha when Samara was there, remember?” Raha is the daughter of Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. Riddhima admitted, “I could not. She’s (Samara is) so jealous.”
At this point, Neetu Kapoor said, “Riddhima, you were no better. When she was a baby and when Ranbir was born, she was so jealous! She would throw him off the cradle!” Riddhima confessed, “I would pinch him and all!”
Ranbir Kapoor, here, said, “She did have an anger issue when she was growing up. Especially with me.” Riddhima commented, “My brother and I are chalk and cheese. My brother is Zen, I’m like this (points at herself)!”
Bharat Sahni raised laughs as he said, “Ranbir bach gaya aur main fas gaya!” Riddhima guffawed and added, “That is exactly what my brother said to me, ‘Good luck, bro’!”
Ranbir Kapoor signed off by saying, “She’s very similar to my father (Rishi Kapoor). Whatever she’s thinking, whatever is in her heart, she can express it well.”
