Dus June Kii Raat, starring Tusshar Kapoor and Priyanka Chahar Choudhary in pivotal roles is all set to premiere on JioCinema Premium on August 4. It is directed by Tabrez Khan, and produced by Ektaa Kapoor’s ALT Digital Media Entertainment Ltd. Set against the backdrop of the quaint town of Ranigunj, this series promises to deliver a perfect blend of humor and suspense.

The entertaining potboiler follows the extraordinary chronicles of Panauti ‘Bhagyesh’, a man whose reputation for bad luck is so notorious that residents of Ranigunj would rather stay home over crossing paths with him. Tusshar Kapoor spoke about his character saying: “As an actor, Dus June Kii Raat is quite different from my previous work. Though I’ve done many films, this series explores a variety of genres—action, romance, comedy, and drama. Filming it was a valuable learning experience, and I gained a lot from it.”
He also added: “I chose this series because I really enjoy the storyline of Dus June Kii Raat. The character Panauti is particularly unique and adds a special touch to the show. It’s packed with entertainment and excitement, offering a lot of masala that keeps viewers engaged. I believe that everyone will find something to enjoy in this show due to its captivating content and vibrant characters.”
