EX-Bay City Roller Pat McGlynn has demanded cops apologise amid fresh claims they “turned a blind eye” to sicko former manager Tam Paton’s abuse.
Guitar hero Pat, 66, blasted police after a victim claimed they failed to pursue a member of the beast’s paedo ring.
The man, identified as Olly, said he was sexually assaulted by a pervert in the so-called “magic circle” in 1983 or 1984.
He also said he was restrained by men at Paton’s pad before managing to flee in Gogarbank, Edinburgh.
But he told the Scottish Child Abuse Inquiry that cops “swept it under the carpet”.
Late pop group boss Paton was caged for three years in 1982 for sexually assaulting two lads.

Pat alleged Paton tried to rape him in 1977 and told cops in 2003.
He recalled: “They told me there was insufficient evidence.
“An inquiry has heard police knew what Paton was up to but they just turned a blind eye.
“I could do with an apology. Why wasn’t I listened to?”
Police Scotland said: “We urge anyone who has been a victim of such offences to come forward.”
