Mumbai (Maharashtra): NCP-SCP leader and MP Supriya Sule on March 12 lashed out at the PM Modi government over the implementation of the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) in the country and highlighted that it is an attempt to escape from the issue of the electoral bonds. Sule pointed out, “Everything that is going to happen in the next week is going to be connected to Lok Sabha elections. Why didn’t they implement it till now, maybe this was to cover up the electoral bond issue, but that won’t happen.” Sule questioned the Bharatiya Janata Party saying “Nation wants to know what happened in electoral bonds, what is the truth and who is behind this.”
