Keeping on track with nutrition is essential and Australian Unity’s team can assist in organising meal delivery through trusted partners, shopping for groceries, or even food preparation itself.
3. Activating activity
We’ve all got to move, right? It’s not just a matter of keeping up with exercise, but the right exercise. Australian Unity can connect clients with exercise physiologists and physiotherapists who can provide a customised program of physical activity to work on crucial elements such as stability.
4. Staying social

While these may be accessed via Home Care Package funding, depending on each individual’s assessment, Australian Unity also assists clients who want to pay privately for any specific service needed, either as a one-off or as a top-up to their Home Care Package services*.
