EFF says ex-student leader Mpho Morolane’s resignation letter is misdirected

The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) says it first students command president Mpho Morolane’s resignation is misdirected as he does not appear in the list of members.

Morolane resigned from the Red Berets on Wednesday and announced that he has joined uMkhonto weSizwe (MK) Party.

EFF SAYS MPHO MOROLANE WAS NO LONGER A MEMBER

On Thursday, EFF secretary-general Marshall Dlamini wrote to Morolane to inform him that his letter is misdirected as he is not a member of the party and he does not appear on the organisation’s membership system.

“Therefore, we advise you that you forward the letter to the relevant party as this correspondence does not apply to the EFF. The organisation wishes you luck as you trace your political home,” Dlamini said in the letter.
