If those Nightmare Before Christmas Disney tumblers were a little too scary for your taste, you’ll finally have a chance to grab something tamer, but still super merry, to hydrate through the holiday season.
Like winter itself, the newest Disney x Starbucks holiday tumbler is on its way, and you can shop it online starting Monday, Nov. 4.
The limited-edition 24-ounce cold cup epitomizes what most Starbucks fans think of when they hear peppermint mocha… it’s like Christmas in a cup!
Like other Starbucks tumblers designed exclusively for Disney parks and resorts, there are two iterations of the all-red, glossy geometric collector’s cups. One features a depiction of Disney World’s Cinderella Castle and the other spotlights Disneyland’s Sleeping Beauty Castle. The castles are decked in red and green and trimmed with whimsical wreaths, similarly to how they’re decorated and lit up at the end of Main Street USA every November through the new year.
These cold-beverages-only arrivals are double-walled for temperature control, and they come with matching, crystalline textured lids. And in sticking with the winter flurry theme, their straws sport cute green and silver snowflake toppers with Mickey icon cutouts. Protective, festive and magical for the win!
Considering how excited Disney fans were when the Mickey Mouse Disney x Starbucks holiday tumbler launched in September, we’d predict similar hype to follow these Christmastime tumblers. You’ll want to purchase them as soon as you can, to avoid sell out!
Price and official timing of the release
The Disney Store hasn’t leaked any pricing information yet, but it will likely retail somewhere between $30-$45. Similarly, the retailer has been tight-lipped about the official launch timing, but based on previous releases, we’d expect these tumblers to be shoppable on Monday, Nov. 4, somewhere in the window of 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. ET. That being said, Disney Store does switch things up from time to time, so it wouldn’t be completely out of the realm of possibility for these special seasonal cups to pop up overnight.
