Dimensity 7025 AnTuTu score: Geekbench, GFXBench and PCMark score results

The Dimensity 7025 is a budget cum midrange chipset from MediaTek. Built on the 6nm process node of TSMC, the chip features a top clock speed of 2.5GHz and has an octa-core structure. In this article, let’s see how these specifications translate to the MediaTek 7025 processor AnTuTu score, Geekbench score, GFXBench score, and PCMark score.

Note: The following benchmark scores are of Moto G64 based on our in-house testing. Motorola is thus far the only smartphone brand in India to utilise this processor.

Dimensity 7025 AnTuTu score

AnTuTu is a benchmark app that judges a chipset’s performance by running CPU, GPU, memory, and user experience (UX) tests. The Dimensity 7025 delivered the following scores in various departments.

FACTORS SCORES
AnTuTu score 4,97,235
CPU 1,61,440
GPU 78,966
Memory 1,16,384
UX 1,40,445

Dimensity 7025 Geekbench score

The Geekbench app assesses a chipset’s raw performance by putting a load on the GPU and CPU. This results in testing the single-core and multi-core capabilities of the processor.

TESTS SCORES
Single-core 1,015
Multi-score 2,469

Dimensity 7025 GFXBench score

GFXBench is used to specifically test the GPU performance of a processor. Here, in particular, we have tested Manhattan and T-Rex tests in the app. These stimulate 3D graphics in the highest frames possible. Here’s how Dimensity 7025’s IMG BXM-8-256 GPU fared:

TESTS SCORES
Manhattan (ran for 30 min) 3,541
T-Rex 3,910

Dimensity 7025 PCMark score

PCMark replicates real-world modern office tasks. The benchmark test gives an overall performance score. We have run the test overnight.

TESTS SCORES
PCMark battery performance 18 hours 6 minutes

Note:- PCMark results may vary depending on the phone’s battery capacity. The Moto G64, which was used for this test carries a 6000mAh battery.

Mobile phone with Dimensity 7025

The Moto G64 is the only phone in India to be launched with the MediaTek Dimensity 7025 SoC. However, this particular chipset’s predecessor, the Dimensity 7020 features just a tad slower clock speeds – 2.2GHz compared to Dimensity 7025’s 2.5GHz while everything else remains the same.

That said, the MediaTek Dimensity 7020 phone should be able to deliver similar results as Dimensity 7025 in real-world usage. Some of the phones having Dimensity 7020 include Moto G54, Infinix Note 40 5G, Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G, Infinix Note 40 Pro Plus 5G, and Tecno Camon 30 5G.

FAQs

Should I buy a MediaTek Dimensity 7025-powered phone in 2024?

The MediaTek Dimensity 7025 was launched in early 2024 and has enough power to run light to medium-level games thrown at it. The chipset supports up to 1080p display resolution and also comes with 5G internet connectivity making it an all-round midrange chipset that has you covered in all basic aspects.

Is MediaTek Dimensity 7025 good for gaming?

The Dimensity 7025 should be decent enough for playing games that don’t contain extremely high graphics. One can play games like BGMI and Call of Duty Mobile just fine on medium-level graphics options. However, the processor may show signs of struggle when it’s pushed to its limits.
