Eagle-eyes fans saw her push Nick Jonas aside, and Ranveer Singh had to intervene to save him. Yes, you read that right.
The majority of the celebs in attendance at Anant’s baraat were dancing nonstop. Priyanka definitely stole the limelight as she grooved to tunes of ‘Sapne Mein Milti Hai‘ and ‘Chikni Chameli.’ The international pop singer joined his wife Priyanka Chopra and Ranveer as they showcased their abilities. Ananya shoved Nick aside during the celebration so she could go forward. When Ranveer saw this, he extended his hand, dragged Nick into the centre of the dance, and then hugged him.

The video from the baraat ceremony went viral on social media. Netizens slammed Ananya Panday for her ‘rude’ behaviour. One of the users wrote, “Why is Ananya barging infront of Nick.” Another user asked, “Why is Ananya pushing Nick ??” Many also heaped praises on Ranveer Singh for coming to Nick’s aid. “Ananya was so rude here. Kudos to Ranveer for noticing this and dragging Nick to the front,” wrote a person in the comment section. One of them also commented, saying, “Priyanka Chopra’s presence is something different, ananya is trying sooo hard to get in the middle of it all, but pc eats 10 Ananya’s for breakfast.” People felt like Ananya needed to learn some etiquette and called her out.
Priyanka and Nick travelled to Mumbai on Thursday to attend the wedding ceremony of Anant-Radhika. The global sensation shares a close bond with Isha Ambani, Nita-Mukesh Ambani’s daughter and the groom’s sister. For the unversed, Isha was one of the bridesmaids at Priyanka and Nick’s Udaipur wedding. Janhvi Kapoor, Shanaya Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, Sara Ali Khan, Alia Bhatt, Kiara Advani and others arrived at the venue.
