Joseph Vijay aka Thalapathy Vijay, was present at Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam’s second Education Award Ceremony held in Chennai on June 28. He stepped up to honor and present awards to the bright students from 10th and 12th standards. A captured moment from the event has caught the web’s attention when a girl gently asked the actor to remove his arm from her shoulder as he was acknowledging her successes.
