Christina Ricci lists her renovated Woodland Hills home for $2.2 million – Daily News

“Yellowjackets” star Christina Ricci has put her renovated Woodland Hills home on the market for $2.249 million.

Nestled on a quarter-acre lot in a neighborhood south of Ventura Boulevard, this 2,718-square-foot traditional-style house that dates to 1956 was featured on season two of the Amazon Freevee series “Hollywood Houselift with Jeff Lewis.” It has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and an open floor plan with skylights.

Records show Ricci purchased the property through an LLC in March 2018 for $1.1 million. She brought Lewis in to do the renovations with the goal of selling it.

Lewis fitted the tiny kitchen with new custom cabinetry, a center island and marble countertops. It has a 36-inch professional-style gas range, a built-in microwave drawer, a panel-ready dishwasher and an under-counter beverage refrigerator.

A fireplace warms both the kitchen and the living room.

There’s a family room with floating white oak shelving on a wallpapered accent wall. It shares the space with the dining room.

Upstairs, the primary suite features a newly renovated bathroom with a soaking tub and separate glass-enclosed shower. Walk-in closets and doors that open to a Romeo and Juliet balcony.

The secondary bedrooms are on the lower level.

Outdoor amenities include a putting green, pool and spa, and a pathway through the grounds.

Mercedes Javid of The Agency has the listing.

Ricci, 44, is an actress still recognized for her breakout role as Wednesday Addams in the 1991 film “The Addams Family” and its 1993 sequel “Addams Family Values.” She’s worked alongside Cher, Johnny Depp and Keanu Reeves on film, and appeared on television and Broadway.

Since 2021, she’s played Misty Quigley on Showtime’s “Yellowjackets” for which she’s received Emmy and Golden Globe nominations. She also plays Marilyn Thornhill on the Netflix hit series “Wednesday.”
