The Kartik Aaryan-starring movie Chandu Champion‘s box office receipts have declined even lower. The sports drama biography has made Rs 3.25 crore on its fifth day of release, which is also its first Tuesday, according to Sacnilk.com. Murlikant Petkar’s life served as the inspiration for the inspirational sports drama. Chandu Champion made Rs 4.75 crore and Rs 7 crore on days one, and two respectively. The movie made its highest-ever single-day profits of Rs 9.75 crore on day three, and Rs 5 crore on day four. The report further states that the movie has not yet made more than Rs 30 crore in India.

Kabir Khan and Sajid Nadiadwala are co-producing the inspirational sports drama Chandu Champion. The film is inspired by the remarkable life of Murlikant Petkar, the first Indian swimmer to win a gold medal at the Paralympic Games in freestyle swimming. Kartik portrays the lead character in a variety of contexts, including his time as an Indian Army soldier, wrestler, boxer, war veteran from 1965, and swimmer. Vijay Raaz, Bhuvan Arora, and Rajpal Yadav play significant roles.
