The praises continued, with Megan posting: “These look incredible.” I_stayfit added: “Now we’re talking! Look forward to more cheesy stuff Sam.”

Feast your eyes on Sam Stern’s Air Fryer Halloumi Fries recipe below:
Combine the yoghurt, herbs and lime in a bowl together to make the sauce.
Cut the halloumi into 1cm slices. Then cut each of the halloumi slices into three equal chip sized pieces.
Combine the spices and flour together, before coating the halloumi well in the flour mixture. Follow this by dunking them in the egg and finally breadcrumbs.
Oil the air fryer and preheat to 185℃. Add the halloumi in a well spaced single layer.
Spray the tops and sides with oil. Cook for eight minutes, turning half way and adding a little more oil to make sure the fries are extra crispy.
Plate the fries up, topping with the yoghurt, fresh chilli, herbs, pomegranate and a drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
