New Delhi: CBI has petitioned the Supreme Court, challenging Karnataka government’s decision to withdraw consent to probe accusations of corruption against deputy chief minister DK Shivakumar.
The federal agency has moved the Supreme Court in appeal against a decision of the Karnataka High Court rejecting its plea.
