Aleksandra and her husband Dawid Leczycki had gotten married just 23 days before the tragic days they were found dead.
The couple, from Siedlce, Poland, had been stripped of their cash and jewellery as they laid on a street.
Police initially assumed the pair were robbed and drugged on their dream honeymoon.
The tragic truth around the couples death came out following an investigation.
Cops determined the young couple died after the pair voluntarily took psychoactive drugs.
The pair suffered from either a severe allergic reaction or overdose, investigators said.
