A TEENAGE boy has been taken to the hospital after he was attacked outside a Glasgow school.
The boy, 14, was assaulted outside Lourdes Secondary School in Cardonald on Friday afternoon.
The condition of the lad who was taken to hospital is not known.
Emergency services raced to the scene at around 1.55pm as the school is believed to have locked down until it was safe to release the pupils.
Cops have since sealed off the street as they probe the scene for clues.
Officers are currently still on scene as they carry out their enquiries.
Police Scotland spokesperson, said: “We received a report that a 14-year-old boy had been assaulted on Kirriemuir Avenue, Glasgow, around 1.55pm on Friday, 12 January, 2024.
““He was taken to hospital for treatment. Officers are in attendance and enquiries are ongoing.”
