In a tragic incident, former Maharashtra Minister and Ajit Pawar-led NCP leader Baba Siddique was shot dead on October 12, 2024, in Mumbai. According to news agency PTI, the firing took place outside MLA son Zeeshan Siddique’s office near Colgate ground in Nirmal Nagar. He was not an important figure in politics but in Bollywood as well. Baba Siddiquie was the reason who ended a long-time feud between Bollywood’s two biggest superstars – Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan.
