The Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial Animal has completed its three weeks in theatres and it is still holding the ground strongly as it entered its fourth week. The movie, starring Ranbir Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor and Triptii Dimri, has forged a connection with audiences and it continues to mint money at the box office, despite facing tough competition from two new releases – Shah Rukh Khan’s Dunki and Prabhas starrer Salaar.
According to Sacnilk, Animal has not only maintained its strong hold but also collected an impressive Rs 2 crore nett on day 23, defying the odds and surpassing expectations. The film’s total collections now stand at Rs 534.77 crore in India.

Meanwhile, the Rajkumar Hirani directorial has shown good growth on day 3 and it is set to earn over Rs 26 crore on Saturday. The SRK starrer earned Rs 20 crore on Friday and Rs 30 crore on its opening day.

The Prashanth Neel directorial, on the other hand, has been breaking records at the box office. The Prabhas starrer shattered all records by collecting Rs 95 crore on its opening day and grossing Rs 175 crore worldwide. It also joined the list of top 5 South movies with biggest openings – KGF 2 – Rs 53.95 crore, Baahubali 2 – Rs 41 crore, 2.0 – Rs 20.25 crore, RRR – Rs 20.07 crore and Salaar – Rs 15.75 crore.
