Air fryer kimchi Korean pancakes recipe
The pancakes take just 20 minutes to cook and boasts prebiotic benefits thanks to the addition of kimchi.
Start by washing and chopping all three spring onions, setting one aside for later to sprinkle on top of the finished pancakes.
Then in a medium-sized bowl, combine tow of the onions with the kimchi, one tablespoon of the brine, then add the honey, water and flour.
Grease the air fryer basket with a little cooking oil or line with tin foil or baking parchment, then pour in the batter to fill the basket.
Put the baking accessory back into the air fryer and cook for 20 minutes at 180C.
Meanwhile, make a start on the sauce with the peeled and minced garlic cloves. Add it to a small bowl along with the soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil and honey.
Whisk everything together until combined then once the air fryer is done, cut the circular pancake into quarters.
Serve on warmed plates with chopped spring onions and the dipping sauce on the side.
