The opening show was presented by designer Hannah Shin, whose Fall/Winter 2025 collection, titled “Cosmogonie,” explores the fusion of advanced 3D printing technology and traditional craftsmanship. In collaboration with KAIST and Stratasys Korea, Shin’s collection integrates new AI and PolyJet 3D printing techniques with conventional materials, resulting in artistic silhouettes inspired by the universe.
The collection features a range of designs, including tube-top mini dresses, jackets, and skirt sets crafted from metallic and leather materials, creating a cosmic and futuristic aesthetic. Oversized faux fur coats also made an appearance, adding a touch of opulence to the lineup.
A notable highlight of the show was the inclusion of a model wearing the WalkON Suit, a wearable robot designed to assist individuals with paraplegia. Developed by a research team at KAIST since 2015, this innovative piece underscores the collection’s theme of harmonizing technology with human experience.
Hannah Shin has previously collaborated with K-pop artists such as Aespa, NewJeans, and 2NE1, creating custom designs that blend futuristic elements with cultural motifs. These partnerships have elevated the brand’s profile, positioning it at the intersection of fashion and popular culture.
