In a move to offer a safe travelling expirence to the women in Bangalore, the ride-hailing platform Uber has launched a women-only bike taxi service called ‘Moto Women’.
The services have been designed to offer female passengers a secure and seamless mobility experience in the city without any security threat. It also unlocked flexible earning opportunities for female drivers.

As per the details available on the internet, the newly launched Uber Moto Women has been released across multiple major parts of the city. Interested passengers in the city can opt for the service from 7:30 am to 8:30 pm under reason fares.
While using or booking the trip, the female passengers can share their drop location details among their 5 contacts. It will help them to travel more securely as those contacts will be able to get real-time tracking details. Apart from this, the RideCheck will be there to help the given contacts monitor irregular activities like long stops, mid-way drops, route diversion, route deviations and whatnot.
Emergencies
In case of an emergency unwanted event, both women riders and drivers will have access to Uber’s 24×7 safety helpline. The concerned team will reach to their exact location in no time during any mishappening.
Future Plans
Meanwhile, the company is also gearing up to boost Moto Women’s service across the country. It aims to kickstart the service in major cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata and Hyderabad
