Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic Mumbai home, Mannat, is set to become even more luxurious if recent reports are to be believed. The six-story mansion, a must-visit landmark for fans, might soon have two more floors added to its grandeur. Designed by Gauri Khan, who is not just Shah Rukh’s wife but also a renowned interior designer, Mannat is an architectural masterpiece.
The sprawling 27,000-square-foot property boasts stunning features like five bedrooms, a private movie theater, a fitness center, a pool, a luxurious library, and a breathtaking patio. It’s no wonder fans flock to Bandstand to click pictures in front of this iconic residence.
As per the latest updates, Gauri Khan has submitted an application to the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) to add two new floors to Mannat. The application, which was part of the MCZMA’s December 10-11 meeting agenda, proposes the construction of seventh and eighth floors at an estimated cost of Rs 25 crore.
While the application is still under review, the purpose of the additional floors hasn’t been disclosed yet. If approved, the expansion will make Mannat even more opulent, further adding to Shah Rukh Khan’s already massive net worth.
