Mona Singh’s portrayal of Bulbul Jauhari in Made In Heaven Season 2 earned her the Best Supporting Actress 2024 at Filmfare OTT Awards. Singh’s performance in the hit streaming series has received praise from both critics and viewers.

Mona Singh shared her gratitude and excitement during her acceptance speech at the award ceremony. Recalling the journey that led her to this moment, she mentioned, “Well, main actually bohot saari flights badal ke, car mein taiyaar hoke finally I am here. (After changing several flights, and dressing up in the car, I am here) And I think it was sooooo worth it! Thank you,” she said with a smile.
Singh dedicated the award to all the “Bulbul’s” in the world, women who continue to stand up, speak out, and show strength and integrity. “I dedicate this to all the Bulbul’s for always standing up, speaking up, showing up. For having gumption. For having integrity. And so much grace,” she added.
Reflecting on her time working on Made In Heaven 2, Singh revealed that playing Bulbul was a dream come true. “I had sooo much fun shooting for Made In Heaven. It was actually a dream come true for me. The opportunity was a divine intervention for me to get Bulbul’s role,” she remarked, expressing gratitude for the chance to be part of the show.
Mona will next be seen in Paan Parda Zarda, Maa Ka Sum, and Stardom, a series that marks the directorial debut of Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aaryan Khan.
