Alia Bhatt, who was last seen in the highly anticipated ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’ under Yash Raj Films, was recently spotted arriving at the YRF office. Her visit has fueled speculation about her involvement in the upcoming film Alpha, which will be the latest addition to the YRF Spy Universe.
The film is particularly significant, as it marks the first female-led project in the franchise. ‘Alpha’ directed by Shiv Rawail also stars Sharvari and promises to deliver an exciting new chapter in the YRF Spy Universe.
The film will mark a significant shift in the action-packed YRF Spy Universe, which has traditionally centered around male protagonists, despite featuring strong female characters. The franchise, created by YRF chair and MD Aditya Chopra, began with the ‘Tiger’ series, starring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, starting with ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’. This was followed by ‘War’, featuring Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff, and the record-breaking ‘Pathaan’, starring Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham.
The next in the universe are ‘War 2,’ starring Hrithik Roshan and NTR Jr.’, ‘Pathaan 2’ and ‘Tiger vs Pathaan.’
