On Thursday night, Mytheresa and Victoria Beckham took their long-standing relationship to the next level: a dinner at New York hot spot Coqodaq.
The swanky Flatiron fried chicken restaurant set the scene for the creative director and luxury online retailer to celebrate the launch of their third exclusive capsule collection, released earlier in the day. The intimate dinner party was cohosted by Mytheresa chief executive officer Michael Kliger and Beckham, who was joined by husband David Beckham and son Romeo Beckham.
In his remarks, Kliger thanked Victoria Beckham for their partnership, explaining it traced back more than a decade and now is among the retailer’s most successful brand. Beckham, for her part, returned the thanks.
Other guests included Helena Christensen, Justin Theroux, Nina Dobrev, Athena Calderone, Steven Klein and Mario Sorrenti. Many came dressed in party-ready looks from the capsule collection, which was inspired by ’80s opulence — and what better occasion than a dinner that included 24K Golden Durenkai Caviar Nuggets and the restaurant’s signature fried chicken feast?
