Kubbra Sait is undoubtedly experiencing a significant career upswing. Renowned for her roles in acclaimed shows and films such as Sacred Games, Jawaani Jaaneman (2021), Shehar Lakhot (2023), and Farzi (2023), the actress has now begun filming the highly anticipated second season of The Trial. Sait, who portrayed the character of Sana Shaikh in the first season, garnered widespread praise for her performance, further establishing her as a formidable presence in the industry.

Today, taking to her social media, Kubbra Sait shared the picture and has also revealed that she has begun shooting for the second show. The actress posted a picture of herself outside the vanity van with the caption, “And it begins Season 2 #Trial @disneyplushotstar @banijayasia.”
The first season of The Trial featured a stellar cast including Kajol, Sheeba Chaddha, Jisshu Sengupta, and other actors in prominent roles. As Kubbra Sait returns as Sana Shaikh in season two, it would be interesting to see what dynamics her character offers this time.
In addition to ‘The Trial’ season 2, Kubbra Sait recently wrapped up the major chunk of Son of Sardaar 2 shooting schedule which features Ajay Devgn, Mrunal Thakur, and Ravi Kishan. Kubbra will also be seen in David Dhawan’s next untitled comedy entertainer. The actress will also be seen essaying a cop’s role in Shahid Kapoor-fronted Deva, which is slated to release in cinemas in February 2025.
