The singer, known for his humility, recently apologised to a female fan after a shocking incident.

In a video shared by a female fan on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), the fan tries to shake hands with Arijit Singh. However, the security guard pushes her and grabs her by the neck. The Ae Dil Hai Mushkil singer notices the same and apologises to the girl. The fan has shared the entire video in which Arijit said, “It’s not fair to grab someone like that (uses hand gestures).”

Further, the Binte Dil singer requests his fans to sit down and apologises to the girl. “I am really sorry ma’am. I wish I was there to protect you but I could not. Please sit down. Please sit down,” Singh said. The fan was pleased with the way Arijit noticed what happened and said sorry. She captioned her video, “When security grabbed me by the neck Arijit Singh did the most unexpected!!! Just when I was about to shake hands with him, security grabbed me by the neck. Arijit saw it all and said ‘it’s not fair’. Thanks for standing up for your fan.” In the reply section, fans have praised Arijit Singh for always being kind towards his audience.
