An inspiring figure closely associated with UPSC success is Srushti Jayant Deshmukh, an IAS officer. She has become one of India’s most well-known civil servants, especially on social media. Srushti Deshmukh, born in 1995, hails from Kasturba Nagar in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. She completed her graduation with B.E.(Chemical Engineering) from Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal. Going by the media reports, she went to Carmel Convent School, BHEL, Bhopal, and cleared her 12th board exam with 93.4% marks.

IAS Srushti Jayant Deshmukh secured an All-India Rank(AIR) 5 in the 2018 UPSC Civil Services Examination. She became the top female candidate in the UPSC CSE Result 2018. Her father, Jayant Deshmukh, is an engineer, and her mother, Sunita Deshmukh, works as a teacher. The IAS Officer has also written a book called ‘The Answer Writing’ which explains the preparation and answer writing strategies for the UPSC Mains Examination, in detail.

Both IAS Srushti Deshmukh and IAS Nagarjun Gowda are extremely popular on social media and their love blossomed during their UPSC Training. After over two years, both the civil servants got engaged in August of 2021 and a year after that in April, they tied the knot. The IAS couple is posted in Madhya Pradesh.
