Apple TV+ has unveiled a tantalizing glimpse into the highly anticipated second season of its award-winning drama, Pachinko. The series, a sweeping epic spanning four generations, has captivated audiences worldwide with its poignant exploration of love, resilience, and the enduring human spirit.

The upcoming season promises to delve deeper into the complex lives of the characters as they navigate the tumultuous events of World War II and its aftermath. Set against the backdrop of Osaka in 1945, viewers will witness the harrowing choices made by Sunja, the series’ matriarch, as she fights for her family’s survival amidst the chaos of war. Simultaneously, the narrative shifts to Tokyo in 1989, where Solomon embarks on a new chapter, seeking a humble beginning.
To further heighten the anticipation, the trailer introduces a captivating new element: a powerful rendition of Coldplay’s ‘Viva La Vida’ by the global sensation Rosé of BLACKPINK. Her soulful interpretation serves as both the series’ anthem and a poignant backdrop to the season finale, promising an emotionally charged conclusion.
