Springbok Faf teases fans with blonde bombshell hair ad [video]

Springbok Faf de Klerk is doing hair flips all the way to the bank after he revealed a behind-the-scenes look at a new endorsement deal, fearing his luscious locks.

The pintsize rugby player is known for his flowing blonde hair and his cheeky display of underwear. 

And the savvy scrumhalf is using it to his full advantage.

SPRINGBOK FAF DE KLERK’S HAIR AD HAS FANS AMUSED

In a clip posted on Instagram, Faf de Klerk gave his followers a glimpse of what he has been up to off the pitch. Joining him was fellow Springbok Cheslin Kolbe.

“We’re cooking up something very special,” Faf said in the teaser clip. The rugby star – nicknamed the “pocket rocket,” is also seen flipping his hair and working the camera.

According to the squad’s shortest players, the ad involves the French fashion and beauty house L’OrealParis.

And while rugby fans love to rib Faf over his head of hair, many of his female followers are impressed with the maintenance of his mane.

@niemand.sonja: “You have to love our Fafster. After a game, his hair always looks perfect.”

@sanshlambert: “Your blonde is looking better than mine!

@odmodiselle: “They could not have found a better model.”

In 2019, Faf’s former colleague Jono Ross joked about the Springbok’s time-consuming hair care routine.

He told Rugby Pass: “He is washing his hair and conditioning it three times a day with highlights and whatnot. He takes a lot of care. A lot of shampoo, a lot of conditioner in the dressing room. Blow drying in the mirror, always busy with his hair.

“He has probably got more hair products than my wife does.”

SECURING THE BAG

It’s not just the hair and beauty business that Faf de Klerk is involved in. Outside of the Springboks, the star also has a men’s swimwear brand called Faffies.
