Divya Agarwal, a prominent figure in Indian TV, rose to fame after her stint on the show Bigg Boss OTT 1. In her personal life, she found her soulmate in Apurva Padgaonkar, to whom she is happily married. Recently gossip about their impending divorce has been making rounds, but Divya has cleared all such rumours. Moreover, Divya has been in the limelight, courtesy of some scandalous claims made against her by real estate broker, Rafique Merchant, demanding for his brokerage. Scroll down to find more details.
Rafique Merchant, a professional in real estate consultation, used his Instagram stories as a platform to reveal a complication between him and Divya Agarwal, related to the unpaid brokerage fees. He expressed his expectation for Divya to settle her bill of 1 percent brokerage fees, a result of his assistance in selling one of her apartments. Merchant noted her sudden decisions of cutting off all communications after they had met.
He said, “Divya Agarwal, please meri brokerage release kar do. Mera 1per cent, mera haq mujhe adda kar do. Meine aapko Lodha Bel Air mein flat bechke de diya. Aap raazi-khushi se meeting mein aaye, registration mein aaye. Uske baad aapne phone uthana band kar diya aur block kar diya. Messages, DMs, sab block kar diya. Please aise kyun kar rahe ho? (sic)”
In the same video, Rafique is seen interrogating Apurva Padgaonkar, questioning why his brokerage fees haven’t been settled. He’s quite taken aback as he’s assisted the couple in numerous property deals, inclusive of selling their flat and subsequent renting services. He never expected this kind of treatment from Apurva, who is a notable personality. Divya and Apurva have kept mum on these accusations till now. Meanwhile, the broker has expressed his viewpoint.
He added, “Jab aapko kharidna tha, humne dilwa diya, aapko jab bechna tha, humne bikwa diya, aur rent par bhi karwa diya tha. Lekin please, humara haqq humko de do aur 1 per cent brokerage release kar do. Aap itne bade celebrity hoke aise kaise kar sakte ho? (sic)”
