Duduzile Zuma brags about job: ‘Hottest member of parliament’

Jacob Zuma’s daughter and MK Party top brass, Duduzile Zuma, has officially been sworn in as a member of parliament (MP).

This, despite rejecting both the results of the elections last month, boycotting the opening of parliament and the presidential inauguration, and rejecting an invitation to join the Government of National UNity (GNU) agreement.

The 42-year-old is popularly known as Duduzane’s twin sister. She is also considered her father’s “right hand” and is known for her outspoken social media posts.

DUDUZILE ZUMA BRAGS ABOUT NEW JOB

On Tuesday, 25 June, 58 members of the MK Party, including Jacob Zuma’s daughter, Duduzile Zuma, were sworn in as MPs.

The former president’s daughter joined other controversial characters like former impeached judge John Hlophe, outspoken politician Andile Mngxitama, and former Minister of Sports, Arts & Culture Zizi Kodwa, who has been charged with corruption.

In an Instagram post, the mother-of-two confidently introduced herself as “the hottest member of the national assembly, Honourable Duduzile Sambudla-Zuma.”

She added: “Put some respect on my name”.

On her X account, Duduzile also changed her bio and profile picture to reflect her new role. She also retweeted messages of support.

FROM MOM TO MP

Speaking to DJ Warras on The Shady Podcast, Duduzile Zuma revealed that while she qualified from Wits Business School, she considered herself a stay-at-home mother-of-two.

Duduzile embarked on her first political campaign with dad Jaco Zuma and the MK Party late last year.

Although she did not have a political background, Duduzile claimed she “loved it.” “I have a bit of understanding of it now,” she added.

When asked if she was considered top brass, she confidently added: “My father is the head. But I am the neck.”

She added: “I sit in the core. I vote with other comrades; we make decisions, we debate.”

As an MP, Duduzile Zuma will earn over R100 000 per month. She will also enjoy the following benefits:
