It has been reported the company will boost its overall product line, and will add 7 new battery-powered vehicles and 9 Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) models by 2030.
The top player in the four-wheeler segment, Mahindra is all set to launch 16 new SUVs in India. The deadline for the upcoming haunches has been set for 2030.

Upcoming Launches
As a part of the future strategy, the company aims to roll out three mid-cycle updates to the existing models. One has already been released in the market as XUV 3XO, an updated version of XUV 300. Now, the manufacturer is left with six products (all SUVs), which are expected to be launched soon.
Upcoming Thar 5-Door
Amid this, Mahindra is also in under process of launching its much-awaited product Thar 5-door. The off-roader has been spied in heavy camouflage multiple times during the testing phase in India. The report suggested that the SUV will hit the market around August 2024, featuring better tech, new features, improved wheelbase and extra space inside the cabin.
However, the confirmed launch date is yet to be shared by the brand.
Power and Engine
The SUV is likely to use the same powertrain as Thar 3 door, generating a maximum output of 130 bhp/300 Nm in diesel, and 150 bhp and a peak torque between 300-320 Nm in petrol.
If rumors are to be believed, the vehicle might be offered in 1.5-litre diesel engine as well. Again! it is just speculation as the company has not hinted anything as yet.
Next-gen Bolero
Mahindra is also pipelined to introduce the next-generation Bolero. It will be developed using an all-new U171 platform and is likely to arrive as a 7-seater vehicle, a pickup truck, and more options.
