OnePlus 12 is a significant upgrade over the OnePlus 11. Firstly, we get the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, up from Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC on the predecessor. This should bring notable improvements to performance both in general usage and gaming as well. Apps load almost instantly and there are no stutters when switching between apps or even games.

The flagship flaunts a vivid 2K OLED LTPO ProXDR display. The panel is quite premium and offers punchy colours and is eye-pleasing to watch content both on OTT platforms and natively. The LTPO technology adjusts refresh rates automatically and ProXDR technology adjusts the brightness more accurately. Theoretically, ProXDR and LTPO technologies aim to improve battery life.
There is also an IP65 rating for dust and water resistance. The cameras on the OnePlus 12 are considered to be the biggest upgrades. The images look stunning in daylight and well-lit conditions. The telephoto camera portrait shots have a natural bokeh effect. The selfie shooter is also quite impressive for casual selfies.
If you are in the market looking for a flagship, the OnePlus 12 is a worthy offering to consider. iQOO 12, which also comes with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, is its close competitor.
